What you get

All treatment needed to get and keep your teeth healthy — fillings, crowns, root canals, cleanings, extractions and more, as your case requires. Fully covered, for as long as the collaboration runs.

Cosmetic-only work is limited: we fix teeth, we do not do makeovers.

What we ask

Honest videos. One before treatment starts, and one after each appointment — filmed at home on your phone, following simple instructions from us. No script, no acting. Your real experience, good and bad.

Where

Treatment happens with one of our selected dentists. We currently work in Mexico City, Istanbul, Mumbai and Singapore — and we can often arrange other locations too. Tell us where you can travel.

How long

We are looking for long-term collaborators. Treatment usually runs across several appointments, and we keep covering the dental care you need for the duration of the collaboration.

    Fill in the form below — a few questions about your teeth, plus five photos and, if you have one, an X-ray. Takes about 10 minutes.

    We review

    You hear back within 3 business days. Every applicant gets a reply, yes or no. If we need more information, we will ask.

    We agree the terms

    If it is a fit, we discuss your treatment plan, the location and the timeline — and send you a contract to read and sign. Nothing is decided until you agree to it.

  4. 4

    Treatment & filming

    You are treated by our dentist. You film your first video before treatment starts, then one after each appointment.

  5. 5

    We keep going

    Ongoing care stays covered for the length of the collaboration. Most of our collaborators stay with us long term.

Your teeth

From no previous treatment to extensive — both are fine. You do not need perfect teeth. You do not need bad teeth either.

What we cannot work with: full dentures.

Social media

Helpful, but not required. We work with people who have a following and people who have none at all.

If you do have an audience and want paid collaborations too (toothpaste, whitening, electric toothbrushes), tick the box in the form.

Your face, your name, your decision

This is the part most people worry about, so we put it in writing — in the actual contract you sign:

  • Nothing you film is posted publicly without your consent. Not on social media, not anywhere.
  • Your name stays confidential unless you give us permission to share it.
  • The dentist cannot use your material either — not without permission from both you and us.
  • Your photos and X-rays are stored privately, seen only by our team, and deleted on request.

You will read every one of these terms before you sign anything.

The treatment you will actually get

One thing we are upfront about: we choose materials that last, not materials that sell. In back teeth you will get metal-based restorations — silver fillings, or metal and gold inlays, onlays and crowns — because they outlive the white alternatives by years and protect the tooth better. On visible surfaces you get tooth-coloured composite, and PFM crowns where a crown is needed in your smile line. Your smile will look good. Your back teeth will last.

Questions

Is it really free?

The dental treatment is, yes — all the work needed to get and keep your teeth healthy, for the duration of the collaboration. That is the deal: your videos in exchange for your treatment.

Travel and accommodation are normally arranged and paid by you, and anything beyond the dental work itself is agreed separately, in writing, before you commit. We tell you the full picture before you sign anything — there are no surprises later.

Will my face end up on the internet?

Only if you say yes. Your contract states plainly that nothing is shared publicly, and your name stays confidential, without your permission. Many of our collaborators are never identified at all.

What if I have really bad teeth? Or hardly any problems?

Both are welcome. We have worked with people who needed almost nothing and people who needed a great deal. The five photos in the form tell us what we need to know — that is exactly what they are for.

Does the treatment hurt?

Modern dentistry with proper anaesthetic should not hurt. Our dentists are chosen for their skill, and part of the point of the videos is that you say honestly how it felt — including if something was unpleasant. We are not looking for a commercial.

How much filming is involved?

One video before treatment starts, then one after each appointment. Filmed at home on your phone, following simple written instructions. Usually a few minutes each. No script — we want your real reaction, not a performance.

Can I stop?

Yes. This is a collaboration, not indentured servitude. If it stops working for you, tell us and we will find a fair way to end it.

I do not have any social media following. Can I still apply?

Absolutely. Most of our collaborators are not influencers. A following is useful for paid collaborations with brands, but it is not needed for treatment collaborations at all.

What happens to my photos and X-ray?

They are stored privately, visible only to our team, used only to assess your application and plan treatment. You can ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
